  14. dBCoin for Windows is a shareware software product.  DBCO1N.EXE is a
  15. self-extracting file containing the compressed files required to use dBCoin
  16. for Windows.  DBCO1N.EXE was created using the software program LHA (Copyright
  17. 1990-1991 by Haruyasu Yoshizaki).  Shareware distributors, dealers and BBSs
  18. may
  19. distribute copies of this program.

  21. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:  IBM PC or compatible 80286, 386 or 486 with 2 MB RAM, a
  22. hard drive and Microsoft Windows 3.0 or higher.  Program supports mouse and
  23. keyboard.

  27. dBCoin for Windows is a coin collection inventory system designed for the
  28. hobbyist.  Your coin collection information can be stored in one or more files
  29. with each file containing an unlimited number of records.  Information about
  30. each coin can include:  country, catalog number, type, denomination, mint
  31. date, grade, purchase date, cost, market value and comments.

  33. dBCoin provides intuitive data entry, edit and browse features.  Coin
  34. information can be added, changed or deleted.  Use dBCoin's powerful query
  35. feature to browse through the database.  All information is sorted and indexed
  36. (except comments) to provide quick access.  Coin information can be displayed
  37. on screen or in printed reports.

  39. dBCoin is a Windows application.  The program will not work outside the
  40. Windows operating system.

  43. Windows is a shareware software product.  You are expected to pay a $24.95

  66.                        INSTALLATION AND UNPACKING PROGRAM

  69. Copying DBCO1N.EXE to a hard drive is recommended before unpacking.  Window's
  70. File Manager can be used to install the program.  Use the following procedure
  71. after starting File Manager:
  72.  
  73.       1. Select Create Directory from the File menu.  Enter the directory name
  74.          and location (if different then current drive).  (Example: \DBCOIN)
  75.  
  76.       2. Select source disk drive (A or B) containing DBCO1N.EXE.  Select
  77.          DBCO1N.EXE from the list of files.  Select Copy from the File menu. 
  78.          Enter new directory name created in #1 and press Enter.
  79.  
  80.       3. Select drive containing DBCO1N.EXE.  Select new directory created in
  81.          #1.  Select DBCO1N.EXE and press Enter.

  83. dBCoin will now be unpacked in the new directory.  Refer to the User's Guide
  84. (DBCOIN.DOC) for instructions on adding dBCoin to an application group.  The
  85. dBCoin icon will appear on the screen after the program is added to an
  86. application group.
